Why can't I purchase my newly researched weapon DarkFlow？

I have already unlocked FG42 before merge, so I continued on researching FG42-2.
But after I finished the research, the system just won’t let me to purchase the gun, telling me to “unlock previous research”

So what’s wrong with the tech tree system? Do I have to unlock every rifle before FG42? Or do I have unlock particular squad for the weapon? Or it is just a bug?(I already restarted the game so it is not a exp bug)

If it is a bug, plz fix it;
If it is a mechanics, plz state that clear in your announcement or patch notes, you barely said anything about your tech tree and research system, and we have no interest in guessing riddles.

I have the same problem, i wanted to unlock m1 carbine with gl, its completed and says the same, i researched springfield with gl that it is before and says the same and i have the enfield m19

Same here. Researched springfield with grenade lancher. And bought it. Now I cant equip because I need to researche. Been there done that.

Same here, I just finished research for Winchester Model 1912, I went to purchase, said I needed to do Research, but in the Research it is showed completed, come on, FIX this.

they want you to research everything before the fg 42 ii

sadly, it is how it works at the moment. dont even look at the tanks, which also require to research the entire line and BUY them with silver…a lot of silver.

lots and lots of people complained, maybe they will change it. hopefuly. one can dream.

BTW, dont research and claim weapons with attachments (bayonets, scopes) cause it is a known bug, when you pay the silver to unlock it, you get the weapon but not the attachment.
