You have to have everything before it unlocked except foddered stuff from every foddered stuff you only need one

2-Kar98K (You don’t need the kriegsmodell its foddered like I told you , you only need one from foddered stuff)(500)
3- Carcano M41(500)
4-VZ 24 (500)
5-Pre-war Kar98K(1500)
6-Carcano M1891(1500)
7-Mannlicher M1895(1500)
8-Armaguerra Mod.39(1500)
9-VG.2 (which you have already researched)(3000)
10- and lastly you can buy gewehr 41(w)(3000)
BTW I should mention that you need to research and unlock them by paying silver like how in the picture it shows that you have researched G41(W) but havent unlocked and for unlocking it you need 3 K I have written all of the silver you need for each weapon infront of them)
seem like you dont have amaguerra and more in the back it gonna be a long grind sadly (you dont need to research the one in folder tho so that something i guess)

It the problème of this tech tree 
You had to unlock everything Before what you want (OK, logic, it’s a tech tree) AND you must buy those stuff with your silver (Even if you don’t want to use it) in order to unlock what you really want.
Earn silver is hard, keep silver is hard too… Mainly if the game force us to spend it for things what we don’t want to use and what we don’t care.
