Well, I launched the pacific camp. Jeeez, what a bad experience. After 2 mins I left the game. If you want to have a bad example what you shouldn’t do with a game, then this is it. It is like Stalingrad but maybe even worse. If you are not a pay to win player and you didn’t buy any of the packages you are just a useless cannon fodder for the those who spent a lot of money on this. I won’t play any side I am not a masochist. I will stick to the previous campaigns and avoid this.

It’s the Buffalo, not the Wildcat but the Buffalo is a decent plane and can do quite a lot, especially in the hands of a capable pilot.
both the buffalo and wildcat are in the game. You can see the wildcat in the screenshot above.
And yea I love the buffalo, wish we’d get a finnish one for moscow (since theres no winter war campaign)

How did you get that Screenshot? Also why is it the F4F-3, that one saw even less service in the Navy than the Buffalo, most were converted to F4F-4s even by Pearl Harbor.

no clue. It’s darkflow, they put jumbo’s and chaffees in normandy lol. F4F-3 has better performance + more ammo than F4F-4 anyways, so better for us I guess.
But it shouldn’t be one of the levels, the only two fighters on the US side should be the Buffalo and the P-400, at least if they kept to the aircraft thet revealed.
You can check it yourself if you want. I think they listened to everyone complaining about wanting the wildcat in the Pacific Levels reveal thread and changed the P-400 to the wildcat for release. It does also make more sense as a direct counterpart to the zero
Well ok then, that is a bit of a shock because I was practicing first person with the P-400 in WT, but I guess a P-39 may still yet come, who knows.
I love the airacobra’s, so I hope they put one of the variants in the campaign. I’m sure they probably will. Since they announced it originally and made such a last minute change, the assets are probably already in the game files.
