Who is the boss, gaijin or darkflow

a million dollar question

In Enlisted, when we talk with or about developers we are mostly using the name ‘‘darkflow’’ to refer to them. But I never understood who does what. I always assumed Gaijin just soled it’s engine and vehicle models to darkflow and is taking a % of everything darkflow sells but there is no confirmation on this that gaijin is just a publisher but not the developer

I think this darkflow is the boss myth came from players wanting to support darkflow but not gaijin

I heard very bad things about gaijin and their game WarThunder and judging how player-developer communication in Enlisted is much more healthy and there is no OP premium stuff in Enlisted so I still believe that people we are talking to and people who make updates and collect feedback are darkflow

What’s your opinion? Is enlisted more gaijin or more darkflow?

I guess Gaijin. It’s not Darkflow game rules.

Still doesn’t confirm anything.

On darkflow website it’s said that Enlisted is their idea and their product

So it still technically proves that gaijin is a publisher and not Dec it’s also sold on gaijin platforms and moderators were brought from gaijin

Darkflow develops game, but IMO creative and money decision is Gaijins job.

I can be wrong through, we can’t really know without any official info.

Could be

Only gaijin is stupid and greedy enough to put a 60€ price on a premium gun

Too bad it didn’t work as planned I still rarely see premium weapons being used

Enlisted has too much competition being a AAA style game so agressive monetisation methods just won’t work lol

They are mostly outclassed against high-end equipment, or players dont want to play that campaign where they have it.

I use some premium squad in almost all of my decks, i like those weapons even when they are not best.

And now i can finally have a chance to use MP 41 and MG 30 more as i don’t like Moscow as it is right now.

Ye… Only few premiums are visible now and then.

Strange.

From my experience most players refused to buy them for such a big price
Like me for example, the only time I spent money was when I was buying the 2nd season of BP (the first season I got for free for participating in alpha), I got Mp-18 squad because it looks cool and Lebel rifle squad because it looks cool, I refuse to buy meta premium equipment because I agree with devs that premium guns should be weaker but bring more XP than meta guns

I would buy more premium if it wasn’t so damn expensive. For that money I can go to a club and have a much better time

Yeah that too, they are overpriced most of time. I buy them mostly when there are sales.

Me too

Enlisted it’s on the gaijin incubator
Age of water (another Game in gaijin incubator) have the same rules, si
Gaijin incubator provide the Game of gaijin resources like pen motor
Darkflow it’s the developer (and enlisted it’s their first Game)

Thank you

Now I know

Darklfow developers are ex-Gaijin ppl.

And Enlisted isnt their first game

Crsed or better cousin royale is the first Darkflow game, darkflow is an semi-indipedent studio under gaijin, gaijin is the boss anyway is the one who have the last word because is the publisher and the one wo give them money

Enlisted was first (2017-2018), and crsed was launched in middle 2018

As a study ( darkflow) , it’s the first Game, as a dev (mix and veteran devs), not the first

Not surprising to see their logo on a game that uses their engine and graphics

Darkflow can’t take all the credit, that’s normal:)

Lol as ex drinker bro, yes ofc you can go out to club with $60, but it gone in one night, and so called wonderfully memory’s to remember when you are older, till after you done it so many times, those memory’s turn to mud.

$60 spent here, you will have the next morning, - Hangover, unless all the power goes out in the world, then you be wishing you had the $60 back lol
