Who can tell me what material JU188 and P47 are made of? Is it concrete?

I can’t stand the airplane thing anymore, just how hard it is to shoot one down, especially the JU188 and P47.

The JU188 can withstand multiple shots from a 20mm AA gun, I’m sure I hit it with at least 150 20mm rounds, and my friends in the group were also using a 20mm AA gun with me, and there was no way to shoot it down quickly, so it was made of concrete? Or a titanium plate? Why can I hit it so many times and it still fly unaffected?

If you’ve ever played War Thunder, you know how many shots it takes for a 20mm gun to damage and kill a P47. Why in this game, I almost ran out of BF109G-6 so the gun couldn’t shoot the P47? I’m sure I was hitting it all the time because it was getting sparks all the time. And black clouds of smoke.

The planes in this game are outrageous, very hard, I wish they were War Thunder instead of fantastic concrete castles in the sky, seriously, it’s even disgusting, just how useless 20mm AA guns are against the JU188.

I also don’t want to hear about what skills or equipment are needed to shoot it down, because I’m playing War Thunder, I know what it’s supposed to look like, I’ve played thousands of battles in air history and land history, same air battles and anti-aircraft vehicles, but very different.

I don’t THINK it makes sense to make planes so hard to shoot down for the sake of gameplay or new players, if tanks can be destroyed with a single charge pack, then why are planes so solid?

I have the same thing with the JU-87 Stuka.
I fly the Beaufighter Mk X in Tunisia.
It has 1100 rounds for 20 mm cannons plus 6000 rounds for 7.7 mm machine guns.
Many times I just keep shooting and hitting the Stuka but it just won’t die.
Several times I have completely emptied my cannons, but the Stuka doesn’t even smoke yet.
But also sometimes it explodes nicely with a small burst.
Even more weird is the tailgunner of the Stuka.
Only one 7.92 mm machine gun but it does more damage to me than me hitting it with my cannons.

It’s a problem of bad servers.
You think you are hitting a plane while on the server side you are missing all the shots.

I use planes quite a bit, and i always have issues with hit registration. The bigger the weapon’s caliber the worst it is, large caliber weapons can turn to near uselessness while machineguns will force you to expand twice the ammo that normally necessary. I always get shot to shit in my planes usually pretty quick because the gunners wont shoot unless the other plane is really close, But I have noticed in the past 2 weeks the AA guns not knocking planes out as well as they used to, I knocked out 10 planes in 1 match with an aa gun now I am lucky to knock out 2 or 3.

as someone who has both ju188 and p47…
p47 is paper plane. it goes down very quickly. it is sensitive to damage and there are many places that just need to get clipped for it to go down.
ju188 can be a tank. specially with its gunners defending it. but all depends on what plane is actually shooting it.
