Why not playing both? You are not forced to play only one Nation. Either grind em both day to day or finish one Nation then another :D. It worked in War Thunder pretty well to grind all trees and Nations all together!

I went from Soviet to German after the progress wipe. Not very fun to be Germans atm.
Soldier managment is a serious problem and painass. I would not play 2 sides until this get polished or reworked. After 1.000.000 clicks moving forth and backwards swapping first weapon, second weapond, third weapond, 4-5 additional slots with nades and medkits, rolling new soldiers and using academy - playing another side to go through this again is the last thing i would want to do

Before wipe i had lvl 20 campaign for russians, now i play germans. Russians had better antitank measures, while german vehicles are suited to kill infantry. Russian primary machinegun is PPD with drum, its not an early gun and it will take some time until you upgrade it, but afterwards it actually very good and fun. Germans machineguns are all the same, first one you get is already good and has no requirments, which is good, but then you unlock another two machiguns and reallize they are same, which is kind of bad. The main difference between germans and russians is the playstile due to playmode, one side is defending, another attacking. Rest is very similar.
conclusion: if you can play active and follow map objectives (go into circle and not jerk around) - germans are for you, but if you’re more like to flank, to camp, to lay somewhere camping - russians will be better. Only for this campaign.

in the last campaing, i tried to play them both but you really need a lot of time, and in this one, i only play germans.
hard to tell which one it’s better. right now, i would say the russians, just because there has been an massive nerf for german guns. but i’m quite sure that there will be changes since it’s only a beta, and we’re still far from " job done ".
anyway, i suggest you to just stick with one faction that you like.
Keep in mind that some weapons are different, so the vehicles.
weak spots, side armors, angle your tank when needed, planes and all that type of stuff.
in conclusion, since we are in a beta, and most likely our progress will be wiped out again, try to play the faction that you haven’t touched. in order for you to make an idea of what is going to be. and if you are going to like it. so in the release day, or when the game will be out, you will know which faction to play without " wasting " more time. and be sure on what to choose.
as i said, it’s more like of a hit or miss, because with more update coming on the road it’s hard to tell what will remain or not. but still, it’s good to have an idea of both faction.

you should stick to one nation but play both the nations to get the logistics supply

it’s a good " strat ", i play with the russian when i’m with a friend. but i can use those cards also for the germans.

This doesmt means you get something extra. Playing 1 side you level up faster than playing 2 at the same time. Having 1 faction good equiped you perform better. The more you kill per battle - the better your reward will be. You can leave a battle without a supply chest, or you can get 2, 3 or even 4.
When we join same battle and i get 4 while you only 3 - the overall differences for same amount of battles will be higher for someone who is focusing on performance. Spreading instead of focusing works rarely only if you spread between something that has limits. In enlisted there are no limits.
if you are planning to get more equipment for the main nation, it actually does.
well, i don’t know about the others, but i don’t find it hard. it’s one of my favorite game. after a day of real life work, hop in on enlisted for some matches and doing fine because it’s not meant to be super competitive. i don’t say that enlisted it’s an easy game, but surely an enjoyable one. until premiium squads appeared. but that is another story for another time.

No. Let me try to explain this one more time.
I’ll give you one example, lets guess you have a fully leveled germans with all the op weapons, when you fight with that progression - you gain top kill and receive (just guessing) 4 chests.
No you have the choice to jump russian side just for fun, and here comes the difference, because you dont have fully leveled russian, you couldnt have them, because you spent all your time for 1 faction. You join russian without progression without grenades, without OP weapons, and since there is no matchmacker you fight against harder enemies (eventually, not necessarily). Regardless, you wont have 4 chest, you’ll be very lucky to get 2 just because you’re experienced player overall, while others gain only 1 or even zero.
Considering time spent, you did 2 battles, one with 4 chests, one with 2 chests. Instead of this you could just keep going german side and gain 4 chests all the time.

but i was meaning, that it’s convenient if you have to play with one of your friend that uses the other faction.
in the meantime, a normal player don’t have play the other faction just for farm. you could, but as you showed, it’s not worthed.
this is why i said, that those crate are still usefull. even if not many.
thats for sure, crates are same, but if you play with friends i would stick to same side
well, it’s a matter of opinion to be honest.
after all, it’s a game. and everyone can decide to play which faction they want.
in my case, i have more experience. so i’m willing to play almost with starter russia just for the company just because he is almost new^^
