What I mean is the removed premium squads you used a lot to help the grind in the old campaigns, mine were:
Panzer 4E (Moscow)
Panzer 3N (Tunisia)
STUG-3 G and G41 (Nornmandy)
STG-45 (Berlin)
Suomi (Stalingrad)
KI-61-l (Pacific)
Is Panzer 4E the squad in this photo?
A tank covered with a red flag on top and equipped with HEAT ammunition.

I don’t think it has been removed yet. It is my only option when I play Germany in BR2.
I think OP was talking about removed from the store which the 4E was.
Those who bought it beforehand still get to use it and it is still a great spamer but with even more rounds.

For me the 4E and 75 round MG 13 both were great to mow down hords of reds in the moscow campaign and even affter the merge stay preety potent for their BR.

i’ll start saying that… i never got any premium squad before the merge.
so, for the most part, i grinded with basic squads.
but my go would have been:
-
jagdpanther
i never got it, but i believe the jagdpanther would have been my go. -
the label / lebel volkssturm rifleman squad
mostly for cosmetic reasons, and 10 rounds BA. -
ba-11 ( not sure if this was removed )
but, i love armored car, and has a decent cannon to deal with pretty much any opponents that moscow had, and to this day, can deal up to panzer IV H.
others, ( just as much the lebel tbh ) weren’t really great.
and there were reasons as why some were removed.
with that being said, i heard good thing about the soviet biplane with rockets which was removed.

Thé dicker max in Stalingrad, and Just Before the merge I bought the marocan squad.
I’ve only two premium squad, I prefear to buy slot 
I can’t remember back that far!

Basically the only good thing about the campaign.

Jagpanther was a great vehicle, Panther armor and Tiger 2 gun with a hull MG
The 1st Volkssturm (Label Squad) is mainly cosmetic but I would’ve liked to have it as a collectors
BA-11, it’s still available to purchase with EG

Yea realized my mistake, since the only good squad for Stalingrad was the PPSH or Suomi, with the others being gimics or not worth it
I still have a fondness for the PZ4E since the good ol’ days of Moscow. That bad boy will always have a place in my low BR lineup.
