I forgot about the first BAR from Pacific. They had it removed from tech tree with the conversion update, but it’s true they said they reinstated it at some point. It’s also br3? 
No, they never removed it. It was prevented due to feedback from the community.
And yes, it’s BR3.

Something like that. Been so long I’ve played mid tier USA lineup (I have a mid tier 100% Commonwealth…) that I mostly forgot we have 3 tech tree BAR.
