i still didnt recive my 2 days of free premium … i read yesterday that it could take some time but still nothing … they are cleamed on my twitch acount but only recieved the orders… what a mess !
You should’ve recieved it instantly. I’d contact customer support.

thank you for your help , i also sendend a request on the Gaijin Support about this but no awnser. excuse me but this whole forum thing is new for me , did you have the same problem that you contacted customer support or is it for my problem that you contacted them.
I have sended this on the Twitch contact / support i really hope they will help to get this fixed …

well well well i finally had a response from the Gaijin ‘‘Customer Support’’ what a bullshit… here is their response and here is my answer. great way to treat your players…

Why claim them if you knew you weren’t going to be playing…?
