Whenever the event decides to show itself it might be a good thing if it comes with an event slot So no matter what anyone says they will not have an excuse on why they do not have an engineer in their lineup because they have the event slot they could shove the combat engineers into.

At least whoever plays this event will not have an excuse on why they cannot bring an engineer squad to the match when they got the event slot from the event.

I really don’t understand why we need a bunch of engineers with assault rifles.
Assaulter is assaulter, Engineer is engineer.

Blame stalingrad
Stalingrad’s AR was limited to MkB, so it was acceptable to me.
I must correct that I have no objection to the German widely equipped with 500-600rpm ARs.
However, the StG in the game has an unreal rate of fire as an assault weapon and is not suitable as an engineer weapon.
And the engineering team equipped with AS-44 is even more ridiculous.
Therefore I am against AR engineer.
Is it all factions? I thought it was just germany and russia?
Why do we need a separate slot for events or even premiums in the first place. The whole point back then was that if we wanted more slots we would just buy them
I too prefer keeping weapon classes distinct. While I did suggest unique automatic rifles, which are fair game, it seems like they literally just decided to give them assault class weapons.
If they simply mean that the “Assault” engineers will just have access to Assaulter weapons, then at least theoretically I can just give them all shotguns because I think Engineers also have access to shotguns, unless I’m mistaken
