On the Pacific map
There is a modeling issue where players cannot see from the outside into a certain structure, but players inside can see and shoot outward. This creates a situation where enemies waiting inside can ambush others with no way for the outside player to respond.
When will this bug be fixed?
If it cannot be resolved immediately, shouldn’t the map be temporarily removed from the matchmaking pool, or at least limited to modes where capture points do not appear near that location (for example, only spawning points in the nearby urban area)?
Such unfair problems gradually build a negative impression of the game among players. While I am not trying to pressure you to fix it immediately, I kindly ask that any maps where capture zones appear near this location be removed from matchmaking until the issue is resolved.
This map/mode even appears in event rotations, which makes the issue more prominent.
