When will they release the penetration values of all the cannon rounds?

Sorry, but the armor is still sloped. Even without a sloping the armor has about 100+ mm thickness, while Panzer IV J or H can penetrate at max 98 mm of armor.

If you had actually read the context. I was trying to prove that the penetration values in Enlisted are different than the ones in War thunder. The German PzGr 39 has a max penetration of 145 in War Thunder and would have penned the Jumbo in my given example, but since its penetration is weaker in Enlisted, it can not. It was exactly what I was expecting to see to prove my point.

Indeed, these tanks are way off across the board.

Like the AB41… it overheats after 6 rounds… can’t get a full clip off, but in war thunder, no overheating. They diverged a lot from WT models and it would be great to see all the pen values and etc. idk what the rationale is for the divergence

Have you played Enlisted? The damage models perform nothing like War Thunder. The Panther can’t pen the UFP or turret cheeks of a T-34. That’s just one of many examples. The tanks don’t perform anything like they should, so using WT as a reference is pointless.

Whatever the reason, it’s not a good one. The tank damage model in Enlisted is by far the worst part of the game.

I always aim for the turret ring for t34s, works in Warthunder, works in enlisted. No reason to aim anywhere else unless they present a side shot or you have a massive gun that doesn’t give a crap.

The point is, even if the weapons dont have the same penetration Stats…the weakspots, the crew and the ammo are still in the same place as Warthunder.

The reason is game balance.

You can’t have tanks massively out performing the tanks available to the other team. Even if they were historically superior. This is not War Thunder where they have hundreds of tanks to rank in suitable match ups. They only have a few dozen tanks to work with and find a game balance around.

I am perfectly fine with the mechanics and stats being different from War Thunder’s. I just wish they would tell us what the new stats are.

Nothing implies that the went like “hey lets nerf tank and plane speed by ridicilous extreme and give them bascially same buggy and unrealistic values as old War Thunder system from 2017 or even earlier and ridiculous overhat meachnis for MG because BaLaNcE”.

They still do. Moscow Soviets were constantly trolling German tanks because of their buggy sloppy armor and nerfed German shells to the point where they needed to give them time travel F2 to make some people play Moscow Axis again and Normandy Allies was mostly ghost town since Panther and definetly since the Tiger and Soviets also dont like that their IS shells keep bouncing off for no reasons and the M13 still trolls the Japanese. Not to to mention weird new HE mechanics.
