When will tank wreckage be allowed to be dismantled?

Berlin is like a garbage dump, full of all kinds of messy garbage
If that wasn’t enough, the wreckage of tanks driven by novice players makes an already difficult space even smaller.
Moltke Bridge, Wilhelmstrasse and other terrains, this kind of tank wreckage is likely to block the entire street, making it completely impossible for teammates’ tanks to pass.
However, the tank wreckage is the strongest shit in the game. It is difficult for you to drive a tank to knock it away. Even if your tank is even slightly close to these pieces of shit, it will twitch like an earthquake.

Engineers should be allowed to remove this junk, whether it’s the remains of players’ tanks or in the map

Not only are they annoying, but if you know where the next objective is gonna be, you can actually park your tanks at chokepoints - self destruct them and create impassable barriers that completely make it impossible for the enemy to get across.

I have seen it before, and I have done it before.
It completely breaks the game

i think wreckage should remain.

as can be good cover for the infantry.

what we would really need, instead, is the hook system like war thunder to move wreckage out of the way.

or, perhaps, some sort of arcady blow torch for engineers to melt and destroy the wreckage ( or to the very least, make it less durable and destroyable by running it over with another tank or use an explosive explosives ) similar to company of heroes 2/3.

Isnt that the point of the post though?

well.

yes.

but actually no.

because op is asking to straight up being able to dismantle it. something like engineers with constructions and what not.

not really realistic.

with a blow torch instead, you create a different yet somewhat realistic way in doing it.

You can already do that with broken AT and AA guns and tripods.
I dont see the point in putting the line here.

because it’s much more giant?

and unlike at guns and what not, do provide cover for infantry.

i’d argue if you use something for cover(especially a tank), usually should be harder to simply J’ed it out.

beside, the torch for faster dismantle of things could be an useful tool in the mine slot to still offer something useful ( since, there are many people complaining about durable stuff ) so i think a blow torch could solve two issues at once.

Well. I remember that people loved to use AA wrecks to block rooms in Berlin.

Its unrealistic regardless of the size.

Make it longer to wreck then.

except that’s one occasion.

opposed as tanks that will always provide cover both for infantry and even tanks.

not entirely.

i suppose a matter of opinions.

i’d still argue blow torches would be better.

as would provide something new and diversify the gameplay.

even though… as an averange W gamer type, i hardly find the need to dismantle something in all honesty…

i always end up going around or jump on it…

This is stupid just use Tommy to fix everything with his magical powers and just make the blast stronger

And so occasional that peope asked them to make them unbuildable in buildings.

So you can wreck a cannon with nothing but a hammer?

major skill issue i’m afraid if they can’t use the J button.

well, yes.

they are prolly made of aluminum either way.

Until better fortifications are made available to engineers, and a better system all around for structure removal restrictions are implemented, I think the wrecks need to stay.

I am not opposed to a vehicle that can hook up to them to move them though, just not outright allow infantry to break them down.

Annoying shit to deal with, glitching, blocking, teleporting, absorbing tank shots and bombs, bugging respawns.
There is nothing needed about realistic or historical implementation right now, they should dissapear after certain time or damage taken… and then when this is fixed we can think about blowtorches or other solutions.
