When will old squad is farming experience decrease?

Only squad new have small farm exp but old squad is not changed why?
it is all squad can little farm and they are high rank






Can you reduce for all old squads?

See Japan Attacker Pilot II squad requires 21600 exp at the first level, I just throw it in the abyss of squad list lol. When am I supposed to finish grinding this with only B5N2 available, it doesn’t even have mg, only 2x250 kg bombs.

Yes. This requires too much exp considering the performance of the aircraft. Many players will not be able to take off from the carrier and will crash. And no one will use it.
But the Japanese army does not have “old squads” that can be deleted. Why is it like this?
