Yes because in my opinion paratrooper other than drop need some special abilities like
drop everywhere in the map
can survive in enemy greyzone
can build special rallypoint in all map who can be used only by other paratroopers
And they become in my vision an alternative to halftracks where the first are used for frontline defense and push, the second are more suited for sneack attack on the flank
Anyway those my consideration about them free post other, other than additonal suggestion or complain on the matter
I think yes if is limited to 1 paratroopers squad and 1 halftracks per team, more of them end to broke current Enlisted map, the problem here is more how the map are made for cqc with a low count of player than anything else

military Bike and military car are more low-level motorized infantry for low level player, not good or bad easy to kill and cant kill enemy tank or plane so they can be used in the rider squad withaut be regulated
(a map rework can open door for them)
all halftracks or truck/car with cannon or Howitzer they fit more in tank slot because they can fight other tank head one, or kill plane, something who make them too good for not be regulated (in the current map/gameplay)
Let me spam mortars while driving all around the map
M3 with 75mm would be way more useful than m10 and m18 that gets destroyed in single hit (or maybe not because itâs not war thunder and we donât have overpenning)

It woudnât have any depresion othervise, i own Su-57 in WT, even through it is fun to play, that depresion is really bad thanks to closed hatch on front.
But they could remodel those side ones at least to be closed.
And when we talk about open top vehicles, i would love to se SdKfz 234/4 and SdKfz 222 in game.
I love that this game will continue to expand with so many different kinds of vehicles. Especially the huge variety of half tracks with mortars, flamethrowers, assault guns, etc
But there are paratrooper units in the game. Youâve played too much red alert and H&G. Paratroopers are dropped behind enemy lines where they try to reorganize, assemble at rendezvous points and go to starting positions like in the TV series band of brothers.
This would only make sense if one side can only spawn as paratroopers at the start of the round. And one flight of 10 planes, one team jumps from each and then it makes sense, not like in H&G, that this plane was circling like a dive bomber and dropping one parachute at a time.

Why people like you like to group all half track as same thing?
Infantry half track and weapon half track are different thing.
We should group them base on their use, not how they move.
A armored car is using a tank slot in game. By your logic a car should also use tank slot because it has 4 wheels.
I think that mechanized infantry and motorized infantry should occupy the same slot as the motor and operate in exactly the same way as vehicles on the map. I get to a certain point and it pops up one or all.
The plus is that you can quickly move to another position.
