On forum there is f infinite number of posts about parts of uniform, equipment and weapons that are missing in the game. Yes, most of those posts are parts of wet dreams about adding some minor nation with fully dedicated campaign to it (for now ideas like that are not only imposible to fulfill but also horrible, bc it will f*ck up game in its current state). But my point is, why not just add some national/ little bit more distinguished garment to customization? It could be from those spamed ideas, there is already material to work with xd.
Of corse everything within reason and with historical accuracy. I think we need something, because customisation that we have right now is shallow and boring. Its just parts of uniforms from other squads. Final effect is that I feel like Iam playing same squad with diffrent weapons. Its not customisation thats f unification. Really at this point, I will be happy with something like more wiped shirt, to add some God damn personality to soldier. Also I would like to see some chevrons and epaulets. For example, just for first soldier leading squad, as he is probably at least Sergeant or maybe even lieutenant or captain.
And there should be system that deals with that:

Equipment should change look of soldier according to what he has on him.
