When does the "daily" BP tasks timer reset?

Do you know if this is a bug that shows “elite battle pass required” (I suppose, talking about the weapon?) even though the gold order itself says “free”?

I received mine, pretty sure you will get yours too, check your timezone relative to greenwich and set your clock up to not let it pass, good luck man
