There are custom games like that already, but to be honest, there is not enough players for the scale, unless you did a 25vs25 LF, squad has been modded but it makes fps pretty bad.
Now imagine noone builds rallies, or if lucky just one the next cap is 500m away, it reminded me of another walking simulator HLL…
Berlin Large, Normandy large with 7 players not fun imho, I tried em.
Maybe double size ok though

If that ends up happening, then just don’t play that mode. I know that some people will find that fun to be able to play on the full map, going village to village, clearing out the enemy until the map is captured. If anything, it should be like the Rising Storm campaigns with the entire map and being able to select to play certain matches.
Game: gives fast and convinient way to set up spawnpoints
Players: don’t use them and call the game walking simulator
It’s all up to players.
