Many have been reported and suggested for years. Historical inaccurate sight patterns, janky reload animation, no partial reload, sniper bolt action has a bullet left in chamber when empty reload, bolt action full clip reload when there’s less than 5 ammo left in the pouch, Garand not ping when holding a left click or shot the last round and no clip pinging out in its normal rifle and sniper variant, etc.
It would be cool, but I don’t see how this can be a priority rn.
There are years old bug waiting to be fixed, an animation rework will only bring in more bugs.
So many map need a rework
I think we can leave “cute” things like animation in the background for now.
It’s really sad that it’s a thing that we visually see in front of our faces every time playing this game and yet to be fixed for years. It breaks my immersion
A development team consist of many skilled individuals working together. Some may have multiple skill set that overlap with others, but generally they are expected to only have one role.
People like game designer, level designer, programmer, game tester, 3D artist, sound designer, studio manager are expected to do different things. These titles are just the high level descriptions for some of the different roles in a development team, for example 3D artist can be broken down further into character artist, hard surface artist, and animator.
This would only be a problem if DarkFlow is understaffed where one individual complete tasks across different fields. I don’t know if the the animation is in-house but I know for sure that their 3D assets are outsourced to other 3D art studios.
I’m wrong or sometime ago a rumor came out that only like 10-14 people where working on the game?
