Make sure you don’t have br2/3 armament in any squadron.

Leveling BR1 Japan I face BR2 every single battle, and every 3-5 battles have to deal with BR3 stuff like Churchills and BARs and Thompsons. Either the hard rule was a lie or just doesn’t work right now. It’s fucking ridiculous, hard enough as is deaing with constant BR2 SMG and LMG spam while I have nothing but bolt actions and a bayonet.

Well, it’s my bad.
Turned out that the fight I had in mind had some guys using BR 2 paratroopers, who gets BR 3 weapons when they visit their drop box. So technically not BR 3 I’ve fought against.
ive had numerous games as br 1 facing br 3, so far its only been in Germany as im just min-maxing squads etc
some have been against bots others have been against grenade launchers, even my own team have been using flamethrowers with console icons next to their names, which could be paras? but wouldnt symbol show paras…?

Well, since DF really only screwed the Japs and the Allies when it comes to the soft rule, players of other factions don’t need to worry about being punked two levels for the most part. That being said, can I play somewhat competitively with my level three Allies vs level five Japs? Yes, and no. I can play and be effective with my BAR 1918A2, but am at a disadvantage with my M1 Garand. Can I adapt, yes, but why should I? For the way I like to play (aggressive), the game is going to be far less enjoyable when I am forced to use my Garand against everything fully automatic, so why play the game if there is no enjoyment? I used to just play and be pissed about it, but now, when I see the first level five weapon scrolling down on the right side kill chart, I desert. For me, it’s not worth my time. So, IMOP, level three between Allies and Japanese is dead. It also does not help that the Japs at level three have crap for weapons, so why would they want to play level three.
IMOP, if I load my level three Allies and there are NO level three Japanese matches, just put me against the Germans since it will be a guaranteed 1/1 fight there. The level five Japanese can play against Allies who loaded their level five squads. 
Dark Force has known for a couple years now that most people don’t like this soft rule crap, and they’ve done nothing about it other then tell us they don’t have enough players. Well, how many years has Enlisted been going? If they don’t have enough players now, THEY NEVER WILL!

Well this “BR3 must suffer” nonsence is usually about US 3 serving as cannon fodder for Japan 5, but apparently there are not enough Soviets of BR 4-5 either?
Since my BR3 lineup with PPSh-41 box, SVT-38 and T-34 STZ gets sent to BR5 German slaughter?
Naturally, we lose on the last objective, as our team is full of snipers and tankers with 0 engineering points, even despite my BR3 lineup getting top score.
So my question still stands: when ±1 BR for BR3?
It’s the only BR that gets the +2 BRs uptier bullying treatment right now.
