What's YOUR point of playing Enlisted

I have a long history of searching the next Red Orchestra 2 for years and Enlisted is very different to other FPS games in the market where sadly saturated with all the tacticool and other modern bullshit like Call of Duty Vanguard and Battlefield V along with forced shoving some politics especially the latter.

My style is the combination of playing to win and wanting do kills and objectives with even some roleplay especially at the Eastern Front.

As for content, I just want more maps especially the iconic ones like storming the Reichstag in Berlin along with the iconic T-34 in Moscow.

Having fun something that is increasingly less common due to he balancing and steady decline of immersion the game offers and when i talk about balancing not between axis and allies but balancing within a tech tree cause rn the meta is horrible.

Sadly Enlisted is becoming more and more like these shit WW2 games, the only saving graces is that the soldiers are nromal and there’s not people rocking reflex sights and other attachments

Difficult to say. I am between 1 and 4. I play for fun no matter what but once i maxed out a faction I enjoy to progress on the others.

I played mainly because of 4 (and actually dislike grinding)
Also because Enlisted has a more balanced play style between arcade and realistic

Battlefields are too arcade-y and I won’t be happy seeing samurai lady slicing everyone while running and silding at mach 1 or a Tiger’s turret spinning like a fan
and Hell let loose would be too confusing for me, and I cant communicate well too lol

 me too i hate peoples

I was so scared of communicate that I once speaked both English and my own language in the same sentence
It was sooooo awkward

I play to have fun and to see what devs will come up with. Although my interest in the game decreased over time.

I bet half the playerbase understands basic japanese from years of JAV consumption.

It’s a pick up and play game and with me having two kids under 5 it fits perfect. Also I like the gunplay and atmosphere. Something about destroyed tank hulls staying on battlefield and using them for cover seems awesome.

Usually 1 or 4. To me grinding and unlocking stuff is fun.

I play because it’s different. Its an FPS where one life is insignificant vs the whole picture of the battlefield.
Its chess. Its move and counter move with an enemy team over an ever changing combat landscape.
I love WW2 history, and the fact I dont always have to have the sharpest reflexes to help my team to victory.
Plus the Bolt Action play is superb to anything else I have experienced.
The upside to all of this as well, is that I get to meet and play with many different people from across the globe. And in a team game , that makes it all the better.

I really play it more to have a good time (since I’m tired of dota 2 and csgo) but I really stayed with this game for its “originality” since it wasn’t the typical ww2 game where you enter and you already have a m1garand or the thompsom, if not that came in and had bolt-action weapons that I had never seen before and that the more you play you will be rewarded by unlocking new weapons / equipment, I liked it.

i mean…

yeah, it does matter i think.

especially if we take in consideration tunisia.

never and ever in this game a campaign has seen so low population if we take in consideration the others.

let alone the questionable unlocks.

which, the only people that plays tunisia are the ones that has nothing else to do, or cuz they love the maps i guess.

which, to enjoy it, i guess you have to be new as for those who played the others nation gets tired of the same equipment over and over ( mostly for germans. but i guess muricans too ).

regarding options…

i wonder my self as well what i’m even doing here lol.

i guess i wanted to experience an historical accurate tactical ww2 shooter.

but it’s long past that time i suppose.
and i should have expected that historical accurate and free to play don’t always get along.
( or i should say, almost never ).

soo…

my options is the 5th. i think i’m sticking around because of the potential and the graphics.
i don’t deny that enlisted can be fun of course. but the only fun that i currently experience, is in custom games against bots. not very rewarding in terms of xps though.

so i hope for some sort of pve.
( which i’m currently making a suggestion about it. but it’s taking me half of a year cuz it’s quite big… )

so it has becomed my next aim training " software " in the meanwhile.

2- I play to win, i´ll do everything to win in other words “play the objective”, take down tanks, planes, bomb, build rallys (as always).

The only thing that matters is my own fun. Some days I can play seriously and end top 1st every match. But others I just want to relax and goof around in a plane or try to ram others with buses…

I’m kind of a wild card.

A decent WW2 FPS, with eastern front, with modern graphics(still very plastic feeling), with some realism (not BFV/COD18), not too hard (HLL/PS), with RO2-level of complexity (but still not close). Replacing RO2.
I play most games for fun. Including this one.

My point is 3

Well.
I had semi-high hopes for Enlisted after I completely broke up with HnG and BFV. CBT was cool and all that.
Now I feel like having a big hangover and having 200 shekels less in my wallet.

3 with a mixture of 1, because I have to PTFO or the enemy will walk all over us or we instantly lose
