There seems a lot of people play this game for the progression and unlocks and as soon as they are maxed out, start wanting more content… I too am hungry for content. But WW2 has many theatres and yes some weapons and unlocks will be the same in campaigns, but providing gameplay is different does that really matter?
Other people seem to PTFO and win a game, at the cost of letting the other team get set up and have a good pitched battle, I personally don’t want a match to finish because we have capped the points quicker than defenders can react. (I suppose there is a balance though, this is where people feel that it’s too difficult and quit as they think it’s a lost cause)
So if I give you four options, please answer honestly: (try and not say all)
I play to unlock everything and progression is my motivation.
I play to WIN, don’t care if put he’d battle, just care about W/ L stats
I just want most kills and don’t care about objective
I don’t care too much so long as I have fun, I look for the good fights more than winning or losing.
I myself am 4. Having fun, over stats, kills, winning etc
I’m definetely number 4 most of the time.
I have finished Axis in Moscow and Berlin, and right now I’m on the way to grind Axis in Normandy to have access to new levels when the come to not have the feeling that the fun toys (Flammenwerfer 41, possible tank destroyers) are so far away. After that I’ll just chill and play purely for fun.
I Think i´m Number 2
of course i play the Objektiv, but most when i do it, we get it.
soooo i chill, sit back and kill.
Till the Moment wheres the Enemys think they will win, then i Push Back Hard and make them Cry!
1 Battle could have 2 Hours. I would love it.
Mostly its to short, the Best Battles are 45Min. but then its over
What i love the most, is the Naturality
No Red Dots above a MP40, or some other stupid Shit…
Bought 365 days Premium as Artillery was fun. Now just playing in the hope the game will be as much fun as it was when I played it at a friends as it was CBT. But somehow it gets worse and worse instead. 164 days to go.
I have the time to play
I enjoy the game as is
I don’t have issues with weapons or vehicles or game mechanics
I find the game very adictive and its always a plesure to play.
I can win, loose stay or quit matches as I please with no ranks or skill points to loose, it’s always a plus to enjoy such a arcade game.
I was kinda tired to play games on ranking systems, even tho i will fight on events with ranks.
I played game like cod1/2 or moh games where there wasn’t progression or new content, and still played more hours than I m proud to even stare.
As long as I find the game fun, worth to play, I keep coming back for more.
I have a long history of searching the next Red Orchestra 2 for years and Enlisted is very different to other FPS games in the market where sadly saturated with all the tacticool and other modern bullshit like Call of Duty Vanguard and Battlefield V along with forced shoving some politics especially the latter.
My style is the combination of playing to win and wanting do kills and objectives with even some roleplay especially at the Eastern Front.
As for content, I just want more maps especially the iconic ones like storming the Reichstag in Berlin along with the iconic T-34 in Moscow.
Having fun something that is increasingly less common due to he balancing and steady decline of immersion the game offers and when i talk about balancing not between axis and allies but balancing within a tech tree cause rn the meta is horrible.
Sadly Enlisted is becoming more and more like these shit WW2 games, the only saving graces is that the soldiers are nromal and there’s not people rocking reflex sights and other attachments
I played mainly because of 4 (and actually dislike grinding)
Also because Enlisted has a more balanced play style between arcade and realistic
Battlefields are too arcade-y and I won’t be happy seeing samurai lady slicing everyone while running and silding at mach 1 or a Tiger’s turret spinning like a fan
and Hell let loose would be too confusing for me, and I cant communicate well too lol
It’s a pick up and play game and with me having two kids under 5 it fits perfect. Also I like the gunplay and atmosphere. Something about destroyed tank hulls staying on battlefield and using them for cover seems awesome.
I play because it’s different. Its an FPS where one life is insignificant vs the whole picture of the battlefield.
Its chess. Its move and counter move with an enemy team over an ever changing combat landscape.
I love WW2 history, and the fact I dont always have to have the sharpest reflexes to help my team to victory.
Plus the Bolt Action play is superb to anything else I have experienced.
The upside to all of this as well, is that I get to meet and play with many different people from across the globe. And in a team game , that makes it all the better.
I really play it more to have a good time (since I’m tired of dota 2 and csgo) but I really stayed with this game for its “originality” since it wasn’t the typical ww2 game where you enter and you already have a m1garand or the thompsom, if not that came in and had bolt-action weapons that I had never seen before and that the more you play you will be rewarded by unlocking new weapons / equipment, I liked it.
