Why do some weapons have normal recoil and shot dispersion, while others cough M2 Carbine and M1919A6 cough seem to work as a typical COD rifles ? Seems a bit weird.

Kinda stupid to have that on a few weapons. Automatic weapons with almost perfect accuracy fighting with some that are completely Rng. I get that Allies in normandy are struggling to do anything, but that’s more the player’s fault not the game’s. A COD gun in a game like this attracts sweats and cheaters, i can understand if vehicle mg’s wouldn’t have that but on infantry ?
What’s stopping people from just outfitting a whole squad of riflemen with m2 carbines and turning them into a nightmare to deal with, since bots shoot through smoke, obsticles and flora and often the whole squad does a 180 turn and kill whoever is shooting at them all in a span of 0.25 - 0.5 sec. MAYBE they’ll miss a shot or two, but that doesn’t matter when they can fire 12 shoots in a second. Additionally why isn’t there a limit on how many certain grenades can a soldier carry. I’ve encountered so many sweaty players just shoving 3 phosphor granades on all squad members and then just watched them throw them all in a single encounter. Usually into the paths enemies have to take in order to get to the objective. Sweet lord this game looks more and more like a unfunny joke
