For Germany, I would say that MKb35/III which is not obtainable at the moment.

Germany the MKb 35/III(not available) and Lathi-Saloranta M/26 (available) are great.
The Soviets only have one BR2 gun. The Degtyarev PDM-42 (not available) is good, but not a must-have.
The best US BR2 gold guns are, in my opinion, either the Hyde Model 35 (not available) or M3 Silenced (available).
The Japanese don’t have Br2 gold-order guns, if you don’t count the sword gun.

The bsa Thompson is popular, and the silenced m3 is the best grease gun in the game.
The artillery Lugar is a pistol with the stats of a carbine, and can be a good choice for low BRs.
The Scotti model x is a decent semi-auto for br2: a slightly better armaguerra. The Beretta m1918/30 is a good choice too.
The soviets don’t have much to choose from: the k-p-135 is the only semi-auto the soviets can use before br3 so it’s useful if you get tired of bolts.
the silenced sniper can be useful for close in sniping, but the bullet velocity is very low for a rifle. The silenced nagant it comes with is slightly less useless than a standard nagant.
