When merge happen , what will happen to this Premium? It might be okay and barely useable on Normandy. but when merge happen vs Soviets its abosolute trash vs T-34s. They can one shot you while you cant do anything to them.
Will those who bought it gets a refund? You literally get this for free as level 1 on Berlin ax Axis.
Where did the level 24 come from? Panzer IV J is level 15 on Normandy.
It got extra track armor on it. So it have slightly better armor.
I think you will only get refund if the thing cannot be bring into the new mechanic.

Yeah i was talking about the Premium, i also noticed and forgot its also free as a free unlock as level 15. even much more reason to get this replaced then. its literally the same. and you still get killed and dies easily.
No it makes less reason to replace this. If you say 1 tank is premium on 1 campaign but free on other campaign, then you have some reason to say the thing you buy is not worth it after the merge. But since the tank can be unlock in campaign level, it makes little difference after campaign merge since you can already get the tank by grinding.
There is always people want to buy special stuff. If they willing to pay money for it let them have it. It is your choice to decide if your want to buy that vehicle or not.
Again, there is someone who like to buy such thing and basically all the squad they sell are overpriced.

all the other premiums on other campaigns is a massive upgrade to existing ones. im talking about all the tank panks, they are all worth it. except this one. im giving devs ideas on how to make money better, if ppl see values are bad, they wont buy it

Invasion of Normandy Rockets Bundle - this is very strong, can kill tanks and infantry with ease
Pacific war - best tank for japan, decent for US
Vanguard bundle - one im talking about, sucks ass for the germans
