What us wrong with your HE shells and rockets

reduce the randomness of HE rounds because right now it feels like they only use shrapnel not explosive power to calculate the damage on infantry I have had so many times where a HE shell right next to infantry deals no damage but kills a guy 30 feet away. I have had this happen with any kind of round I have used from 37mm canons to 158mm rockets.

I just kind of like to think of it as being basically, the total opposite of how I think it ought to work :slight_smile:
