Firstly, it’s not a bug. It will happen later, as the first commenter says. That webpage is for bug reports only.

In addition, if there’s no activity on a ticket after a good period of time, they will be closed.

In this case, the non-bug was answered that it is coming soon, and since there was no more activity after multiple weeks, the ticket was shut.
