What tank crew is loading gun when theres no loader crew onboard?

there are 3 man crews, 4,5,6,7 man crews across the nations and to say at least this is wery frustraiting when it comes to choose perks. who loads the gun when there are only a commander, gunner and machine gunner ? can it be the commander? since he stands beside the gunner in tank? enyone hwo knows?

Either the Commander or Gunner. That’s how it is in 3 man tanks. We don’t talk about 2 man tanks…

It should be noted that when the gunner has to reload due to the loss/lack of a tank crew, the reload perks will not work even if the gunner has one.

The commander (the only other member of the turret) he’s in charge of loading.
If everyone else is killed, it’s just the gunner himself on a part-time basis
