I was mistaken first into thinking we talked about premium or event squads only.
My favourite regular squad type is the 9 men riflemen squads. Because of how versatile it is and how quickly you can overwhelm cap zones with more soldiers.
My second close favourite are since very recently, the troop transport squads. Also versatile, great to storm points fast while leaving a rally point on the way.

4 engineers, 2 AT gunners (or 1 AT 1 Radio demon)
In BR5 you get AVT40/FG42 II (how the fuck are you supposed to say it btw? ef-gee fortytutu?)/Hei Auto/M2 Carbine. It can build spawns. It can build ammo. It can shred infantry and tanks. Literally does anything you need to win a game lol

The BSA Wellgun paras are fun too. Have waaay to much health and the dinky guns actually seem to laser everything for whatever reason. Silenced Sten squad hard carried my Tunisia campaign levelling, but it kinda seems they got stealth nerfed from their peak - or I just lost the magic touch of “you spam this weapon every day for months and land shots subconsciously”

This little monster, now that it can be abused in low tier only (I actually don’t use tanks at all, but holy hell that thing gives me PTSD anytime I see it used by competent enemy). Bonus points for polish tank eagle

Germany: Italian Re.2001 plane probably(it has black camo and it looks perfect with white wings decals on wings), for ground no fav - I try to switch my collection lineup from time to time - tho I like halftrack and any pasta boi squad.
US/UK: UNIVERSAL FKN CARRIER BOI and Marine Raiders(I named one Cotton Hill and I killed fitty men but they blew his shins off), Liked bumerang but now it’s br III so I don’t use it, P-47 22 RE, (O)P-38G-1 with rockets on br II is just broken… also Wellgun paras but they currently have a break
Jap: Medics with my beloved type 100 early, Chi-ha kai and Guys with long flag arisakas are fun.
Vatniks: Crazy medic B*tches with ppsh-2, Chauchat bois, Ba-11 can be fun, Type 38 Arisaka engies, BT7 with 76 gun maybe, any bomber/attacker plane.
I don’t touch br III-V.

Naval infantry. I kind of own the same ‘uniform’ too. So, I guess its personal there.

german premium paratroopers, since its the only way to play the krieghoff Fg, which is so god damn good, I love the sound of the fire, the RoF is just fine, the damage is exquisite, I love that weapon, I don’t really like the paratrooper class, I thing it is kind of a bad thing for the game, my favorite class is machinegunners, I also like engineers but I think it is unfair to say that, so machinegunners

The legacy Berlin Fallschirmjäger MG squad, they are very cool.
Also finally a German paratrooper squad with luftwaffe uniform and Fg42 makes sense.
P.S.: Should I be worried about my gold not showing?

The 88th Grenadier regiment, The StG 45 is a laser and the Assaulters have 30 weapon handling points.
The 600th Paras for the Horn, and their unique and awesome uniforms.
The 14th Paras, The GL on the FG 42 can one shot T-34s if you ammo rack the turret. One of the best Event squads and Para Squads.
