I ve checked everything about my internet connection and pc. Nothing is wrong but fps wildly fluctuates during matches

As far as I know fps depends on your computer specs, not the intenet connection or servers.
def the servers, its not a new occurrence thou.
i tried other games that requires more ram and cpu than enlisted, no problem is not about me.

the game is poorly optimised and the servers are running one a old Pentium III 800mhz

For me, and I think fellow in the Forums @SaMuRaILTU , the European servers really tend to behave weirdly.
I noticed other players often appearing in different places.
For the Eastern European, I think there are fewer oddities like this.

No. The servers at least for me running very well and i can say to u my pc is nothing special in terms of hardware is a simple Ryzen 5 5600 with a Sapphire Pulse Rx 6600 no lags not ,no tearings or stutterings.
Maybe u need to pay attention to u internet connection checking pings,jitters,etc .
U can test it on speedtest.
And i m running this game at 1080p 75 Hz on Ultra settings.
Fiber 300g u/d 9 ms ping ig … like i said servers are bad deal with it
