What is with the M1 Bazooka?

Penetration has nothing to do with whether it is M9 or M1/A1 - it is hte projectile that determines it as previously posted -

M6A1/A2 rocket pen approx 100mm (mainly M1 Bazooka)
M6A3/A4 rocket pen approx 120mm (mainly M9 Bazooka)
M6A5 rocket approx 125mm (post war)
