Iām stupid, I forgot to mention that I was referring to the green arrows, as if they were military ranks.

Is the logic used for what makes a weapon better just how many stars it has? It keeps recommending I replace my un-upgraded tier 5 weapons with the maxed out tier 1 bolt actions I have in storage.
Maybe they could make the system a little smarter about what would be a good upgrade.
