What is the point of the long 88 APCR? Just get rid of it

The new jagdpanther has 10 rounds of APCR but I am really confused as to what those are suppossed to be for.

What is the point of having APCR?
You sacrafice post pen damage for what? Even less penetration power against the targets you see?

Can somebody please explain to me why that APCR was given to the TT jagdpanther? It isnt even a upgrade penetration wise over normal APHE as clearlyit does pen less area on the enemy tank.

The command jagdpanther already has less of an ammo capacity than the normal one so wasting that little bit of storage on an objectively worse round is just stupid.

At 100m APCR has 273mm pen compared to 234 of APHE, until there is an IS-3 in Soviet TT, the only thing APCR does is making Jagdpanther even more useless compared to Tiger 2

APCR has Terrible angle pen. It won’t be of any use against the IS-3.

So this APCR is just useless.
