What is the most nessecary squad all Enlisted players should bring to battle?

Enlisted has a lot of squads, with some that you unlock early on helping you progress throughout the game to secure victories, these are for example the assaulters, engineers and AT gunners. While most start with only 4 slots to pick out a squad, early Enlisted players tend to be swapping out Tanks and aircraft for other infantry squads, this usally leads to a sitation we’re they are contributing to the base push of the team, but that they lack the ability to give logistical support like creating rally points, mobile spawnpoints or creating barricades. A team’s victory is usually decides upon the correct way squads are used in a game, if a team has a good pilot, that pilot alone can swing the tide of a game by cordinating with the team and bombing strategic points on the map, while a good engineer could flank around, build a rally point and use the engineer’s 50% faster destruction speed to clear out any obstacles for the team to help out capture the objective.

There are many ways to win a Enlisted game, but as i’ve seen and so i play myself i mostly bring Assault squads to deal out a range of enemies that are infront of me quickly more than i could do with a rifleman squad, these are great but leaves out the potetintal other squads could do, so that begs the question. What squad should every Enlisted player have in they’re squad lineup?

Personally i think all squads should atleast come with a APC in the lineup to always have a way to both balance between a Assault squad and a mobible spawnpoint that the rest of your team could use to win the match.

well, jokes aside, most of the squad can be necessary depending the role / situation / gamemode.

snipers over LF, engineers over defense and even offense for those rallies,

MGs for moar bullets in narrow hallways,

medics for… well, ugh… i guess save medkits. from time to time.

tanks over the train mode and so on and on.

albeit, i do agree with the apc since it can now deploy troops on top of objectives… for whatever reason.

APC, fastest emergency squad the game offers and solves the laziness issue everyone seems to have regarding rally points.
After that its Assaulters, since they usually have the highest firepower, then its the engineer squad, since that once is the most versatile (and brings lots of firepower too, if equipped and played well).

For 4 slots - engineer + paratrooper + assaulter + vehicle (tank / plane)

For 6 slots - engineer + paratrooper + 2 x assaulter + tank + plane

paratrooper transport vehicle aircraft communication
In theory, as long as there are these 4 types, it can be applied to all types

Engineers.

Assaulters, Engineers, and a Fighter with a good bomb load. The third one is up to you.

The most versatile would be the paratroopers, their ability to adapt to different situation via the weapon crate make them a good choice to take especially for someone with a limited squad slots.

Their decent time increased de to them being too effective, but that just mean you need to drop further from the cap to avoid being shot while in the air. Timing when to spawn paratroopers and where to drop can put a lot of pressure on the enemy.

After you landed the best tactic is to try to wipe out all enemy rally points, by that time your allies should be arriving on the cap. The enemy is pressured to choose between defending the cap or turn back to build new rally points. While your team continues to push from the front you can choose to attack the cap from the rear or suppress newly spawned enemy making their way to the cap. Too bad there are no techtree paratroopers.

This will always be my answer
It depends on your playstyle. Now, everyone needs to have an Engineer somewhere in their lineup. Preferably 2-3 of them. I have 2. One in my MG Squad and one in my AT Squad. My Assault Squad does not
My playstyle is what I like to call “Default Aggressive.” I’m pushing and rushing and constantly applying pressure on the enemy team as much as possible. I really only do 2 things in a match. Rush point and hunt tanks. If I’m not rushing point, I’m hunting tanks. If I’m not hunting tanks, I’m rushing point. I’ll usually build my rally point 50-70 away from objective on my way to objective so I just have a nice springboard from spawn to objective. Near a door/“safely” in the open, facing objective. I wanna hit the ground running and run straight towards objective. Manpower is the most expendable resource in my eyes and I treat it as such

My squad lineup is typically MG Squad, Assault Squad, and AT Squad along with a plane for gray zone tanks.
My MG Squad has MG Men, Engie, AT Gunner, and that last Rifleman.
Assault has Assaulters, Radio Op, AT Gunner, and MG Gunner.
AT Squad has AT Men, Engie, Radio Op, either an Assaulter or MG Man, and that last Rifleman

This is what I run on all factions because it is what I have found to be the most versatile set up for my playstyle. I need a lot of bullets, a lot of artillery, and a lot of screw your armor support. I love depriving the enemy of nice things. My favorite thing to deprive them of is armor support, so I’m ultra heavy on the AT Gunners and always have one on hand. I also have 2 squads with Radio Ops for artillery strikes as often as I can spare, and 2 Engies both for rally points and those squad’s respective buildable guns
I can do anything and everything in any match. Need objective taken? I’m throwing men at it. Need a tank gone? I can do that. Need gray zone tank gone? I got 500 pounds of hate ready to drop on that coward. Need a rally point? I already built it on my second spawn after softening up the defenders with my Assault Squad. All I need my team to do is hold their own and make sure they keep about half the enemy team, preferably more, dead at any given moment and to be able to touch, just touch, objective. At least 1 more rally point helps tremendously, and having 3 more is beyond ideal. All I need from any team are those 3 simple things and I can help get the rest done easy

But this set up and this style of gameplay isn’t for everyone. I got a versatile, jack of all, master of AT set up. Some people do better with more support style gameplay with Radio Op Squads, Engie Squads, and Mortar Squads. Some like to screw their own team with Sniper Squads. Different people find different squads fun and most useful. A mix of everything, minus Snipers, gets the job done most effectively

I’d argue BR III+ LMG Squads are far more powerful

it depends on the model
Personally, I feel that only the level 3 machine guns of the US Army and the German Army are useful.

It depends so much your play style. Somebody love to use only vehicles and so on.
But for me it is this for all factions basically. 2 assaults, 2 planes,1 tank,1 para, 1 radio, 1 mg and 1 mortar.

I will say engineer squad since it can do many stuff like building aa gun and at gun, build a rally point without worrying the only engineer in your squad get killed.

Those players with only 4 slot can’t swap out their tank and aircraft for other infantry squad. Unless you are talking about APC and rider.

Infantry squad are the one who do those stuff, tanks and aircraft can’t do all those stuff.

Not really worth it for F2P players that only has 4 slots. Since previously spawned APC will explode when you spawn a new one and you need to spawn it after the other 2 infantry squad is used (I don’t talk about spawning the vehicle since other players might be using it ). You can swap out tank or aircraft for APC squad to avoid this, but I don’t think it is worth it since you will loose too much firepower.

All depends on your playstyle. And what specializations you like to prioritize according to your game the most.

In any case, in my opinion, engineers, anti-tank squads, and to this day new paratrooper squads are always needed in any line-up.

I run 3x US Rifeman squads back to back with 2 engineers + 7 riflemen each all armed with M2 Carbine, TNT, and explosive pack. The amount of hurt I bring to each objective is insane.
