What is minimum damage to kill in head/tors/hand?

As a title. I am very curious.

Any damage to the head is supposed to OHK, but it’s bugged.

Chest needs 10 damage iirc, arm I think needs 15.

At one point I shot someone once in the chest and all of his arms and legs fell off. Think it was with a madsen.

Enlisted uses the same damage multipliers as cuisine royale:

Legs — 60% damage
Body and arms — 100% damage
Head — 180% damage
Neck — 200% damage

However, the rest of their health system does not apply.
Soldiers have 2 health pools:
Normal health pool, consisting of 10 health.
Downed health pool, consisting of 5 health.

If you do more than the Normal health pool’s damage, aka 10 damage, the enemy will go down. Any surplus damage will go to the downed health pool. This means, that if you do 13 damage, the enemy will have 2 health left in its downed state, while it would have 3 health left if you do 12 damage. Because of this, only weapons that do 15 or more damage can oneshot normal enemies on torso/arms.

However, vitality perk exists, which grants +35% health to both health pools, making it so you need a gun that does 20.25 damage to oneshot those 100% of the time, or 13.51 damage to down them in one shot. Note that these numbers are independent on range, so your gun needs to deal that much damage at combat ranges at which you shoot the enemy, which generally is 10-200m.

Do note that going down is not guaranteed. It happens practically 100% of the time at 10.1 damage, and 0% of the time at 14.9 damage on a normal soldier.

Curiously, this is exactly to the last detail how I thought it worked just by playing the game.
