I noticed that most of the custom AI faces which I had bought before this update have their moustaches and beards missing. This is also the case for most of the GO soldiers as well. Alongside this the soldier’s eyebrows is seen as white in the squad selection screen in a match.
I distinctly remember this not being the case before the jet update.
I don’t know whether this issue has already been reported as a CBR or not. But I would request the helpers @Euthymia07-live or alpha testers @Shiivex to please look into this graphical glitch and do the needful. It seems like with each update the devs break something or the other when it comes to customisation. This is getting tiresome at this point.

I also remember my Japanese guys having facial hair that mysteriously disappeared some time ago, possibly connected to the bug of helmet cosmetics being broken? Though I remember some guys saying they were removed deliberately because they looked bad, but I didn’t find any documentation on that either.

Beards/staches looked pretty weird maybe you needed to play at 4k to make them appear more bushy i dunno.

No mate. I play the game at 1920 x 1080 resolution. That is 1080p. This was never the case before.

Thanks. But it is also the case for soldiers across other factions as well. Especially the newer custom AI faces which you can get for appearance change orders. This has also affected GO soldiers as well. I am currently not playing the game. As asked by @YuіHіbіki I will try to send some screenshots to substantiate my point.

I get that, I only said so because Ainu (people of northern Japan and Far East Russia) traditionally had long beards, which was a cultural marker. The more you know
