What happens to event syringes after the event ends?

Hello comrades!

I finished the event, liked to play it, but the battlepass is over and its not worth playing anymore, as you get no xp, silver or rewards

What happens to syringes? You can unlock more after finishing the pass, but what for? Will we be able to exchange the syringes or what?

You get more of them at the end of the battle Pas, so you can keep use them in the zombie mode until the event end
