What happened to British and Italy in this game since Dec 2023

We used to have the realstic uniform and pouches(UK) in Tunisia campaign

And now British squads have no pouches for default, and Italian squads even lost their Italian uniform in other campaigns .

Guess there might be someone loved commonwealth, Italy and history left the studio:(
