I see no vote function in the post(tell me if you know), so just write two numbers which you think is needed most. Elaborate if you want.

Weapon Modification, so you don’t have to unlock a Kar98K, a Kar98K Sniper, a Kar98K with AP Grenade, and a Kar98K with AT Grenade. Just unlock a Kar98K, and then you can modify to your needs. Add in more weapons to fill those places you would normally get Weapon Variant B
More maps and rework or removal of certain maps like that awful Tunisia tunnel map. Maps should be made larger.
Ability to pick and choose game modes you want to play and exclude others (I don’t like Conquest or Assault)
Ability to sell Mortars, AT weapons, Flame Throwers, ammo bags, etc
MG dispersion needs to be fixed
Free soldier customization, being the basics of uniforms (Camo, Color, Headgear, basic kit, etc) and paid soldier customization (Being unit patches, insignia, maybe you want something written on the side of your helmet, etc.) [Just make all units in game generic instead of historical units, they already look generic anyway, none of them have patches or insignia telling you which unit they are with, so this way they can monetize the patches, insignia, etc]
New matchmaking or at least incentive to “join either side”
Balancing how vehicles are allowed to be used. ie how often you can spawn heavy tanks, penalities for plane suicide tactics, and solutions to grey zone tanks.
Better bipod interaction with the environment
A engineer on old premium squads.

PVE and AI improvements
as controversial it might sound given the lack of playerbase, i think it would actually increase the playerbase and allow everyone to have fun. as… devs them selves asked to make enlisted fair for everyone. plus, i can see good content there where devs could milk.
making AIs better in terms of equipment and tactic will be beneficial in the long run to eventually be of any use in PVP as well instead of not being able to do much because AIs just take panoramic routes and don’t usually answer to fire unless sitting still on objectives. would be great to have tanks as well. of course, not to a point of being almost immune next terminators, but still oppose a threat to armor when players can’t.
make them use smokes, place ammoboxes or heal on their own near objectives.
campaign rework
so many levels that make no sense. and in other occasions, would be great to ease in new introductions features such as medics and riders or tnts without having to add those things at the latter levels. ( and / or actually have british soldiers with british equipment in normandy, or romenian, croatian units where they should belong )
and last but not least, which, i think it’s also important for devs in terms of monetization
customization ( appearance for soldiers, missing decals for tanks, rework of gold order soldiers appearance, profile pictures enhancer ) and rework premium squads
it is a bit generalized, but in my opinion, they should really consider of having a deeper customization. because, for how much i like the job that they have done up until now, i don’t think it’s enough or can use it’s full potential.
for example, it would be great if gold order soldiers have an unique appearance that it’s somewhat unique ( which would… justify ( not in a bad way ) it’s price ). make more in depth profiles customization. like, being able to decide the background, and foreground. having a tank in front, with the red or blue background since we have those and that type of things. having more selection. same goes for customization appearance of squads. i should be able to decide in every details for example L and R pouches, helmet decals, hairstyles / helmets, glasses, accessories, medal ( only for gold order soldiers ), add the missing decals such as the roundels, crosses, stars etc instead of having to twist the faction victory decals in ugly and unrealistic ways. and lastly, as previously announced. rework premium squads in terms of composition. those have to be somewhat of sidegrade instead of being either too powerfull, or too useless and bland generic and boring same classes and weapon spammed on 4/5/7 etc guys.
but those are my two cents.

Basic Matchmaker , let’s not get all fancy and try and make a weighted one yet. Let’s just create teams that have an equal amount of humans per side.
And if you want to spread it out a bit because of low population, limit players per side to a number so you can have more ‘even’ matches going at a time.
Fix all the old pending stuff. Bipods. Reload animation issues. Bring old premium squads up to par. Make sure tanks that had historical loadouts get them. Add Hull MGs.
Give population indicators , kinda like WoW where you have red, yellow, green to indicate where the population is currently playing.
Expand the maps a bit, to allow for things like tanks (and hopefully Half Tracks) more tactical mobility to deploy so they aren’t forced into kill boxes.
add modes like zone control so we don’t all congregate on a single arbitrary point on a map.
Revise Medics so they do what I had suggested in other threads (ill try and find the link).
limit the number of strikes by arty with a resource that is consumed, similar to how Engineers have resources.
Give tanks Smoke rounds, canister ect. Allow us to pick the shells and qtys in our combat loads. I can’t count how many times I could have been more effective if I could have popped smoke out to help my team.
More maps on Stalingrad. Unlock the restrictions and give all those who bought into it a unique premium squad for that campaign as compensation.
I disagree with the artillery, as a red orchestra veteran I think that system where you only have to wait 3 minutes for an artillery attack is better, which is much more lethal
Game mods, block players for 15 minutes, who have fun at nation switch to make the starting timer bug
limit tank and airplane spam per player, 3 max on one game per player, because killing more than 35 tanks on the same game, it becomes tiring and too repetitive.
exclude from the game players who play fighter jets and who refuse to attack the enemis planes.
lower the vision of the tanks, that they manage to see everyone from their spawn even through the scenery of a forest, it is a little abused
increase the damage of anti-tank weapons against tanks
to put his squad in passive, but leaving the shot active if enemis has less than 15m of them. Beyond that it remains in passive without being able to shoot
3 and 2 (progression and matchmaking) if I had to pick only two.
Realistically, this game needs all of the above and it needs those things yesterday. Content is the least urgent, but only because everything else is in such a dire state.
