What do you think about T34 in Moscow?

Do you think we should get it? Why?

It is an iconic tank, and it deserves to be in the Moscow campaign. So i decided to do a little list, on what can kill/ imobilis the T34 from the german perspective.

Kill

  1. 50mm AT gun.
  2. Explosion pack
    3.AT mines
  3. Planes (any bomb)
  4. PZ4E/F1
    6.PZ3J
  5. GRB-39 AT gun
    8.( very low chances) Artillery

Imobilise

  1. Molotov
    2.Flamethrower
  2. 20mm and 37mm tank guns.
    4.AT rifle.

Potental killers that should be added:

  1. Flak 88
  2. Grenade bundle (AT grenade)
    3 Magnetic mine H35 ( AT mine)
  3. Stug III
  4. PZ3J/1 PZ3L
  5. Marder III.

The one problem that should be solved tough, would be to fix gray zones.

Seeelow heights works great, it has basically no gray zone to camp.

Adding the T34 would add some authenticity, require more TEAMWORK to achieve a goal. ( this game needs more team work).

And just for me fighting the T34 in my PZ3/4 or as infantry would be so scary and fun. Killing it would give a lot of satisfaction.

we will never see it in moscow as it is now, they will probably do something with the game’s campaigns to merge similar ones, so I would say we will see it later on the eastern front, most likely as is happening with normandy with the addition of saint-lo soon we will see stalingrad in moscow or at least part of it

and btw germans never produced a pz3/4 and that wouldn’t be historically correct and germans hadn’t got any tank that can concure with it

PZ3J/1. PZ3L are amazing counters. With a long 50mm gun, can destroy that T34. And the Add on armor on PZ3L makes it amazing when angling armor

Saint-Lo is still part of Battle for Normandy.

And when T-34 angles and wigle its turret, what are you gonna do? He will pen you even when you angle with Panzer III.

is located on the border between normandy and brittany although it is still part of normandy but the battle of saint-lo is more part of the battles in central France than normandy, personally i want see the map of cherobourg harbor

Saint-Lo is still part of Normandy campaign, after Cobra it is more of Battle of France 1944.

Bruh I already can barely get rid of a T-50 let alone a T-34

T34s have been blown out of proportion thanks to warthunder. The tank was good no doubt, but it was the cheap to produce and mass production which was the deadliest thing about it. It’s steel, optics, lack of commander and radios aren’t represented in warthunder/enlisted.

I think it’s the Soviet storm series that has the figures. The most numbers of t34s were killed by German 37mm guns. Even 20mm racked up alot of kills.

75mm shorts and 50mm longs had no problem dispatching them

Warthunders auto bounce t34s are very over exaggerated.

You could kind of represent the optics and lack of commander part in Enlisted. Soviet tanks already have smaller driver viewports than the german ones. You could do even more with optics if the devs wanted to making it extremely easy to flank. Even if it had the auto-bounce armor, infantry would have no problem deal with it if it was blind effectively.

For sure. I’m not opposed to having them. Just want their flaws to be represented.

80,000 t34s produced, 44,000 were destroyed…that’s 1 model of tank in Russia’s forces

There werent even 40,000 panzer II, III, IV combined and they still did work

And to counter Tiger soviets get IS-1. Now we have Pz II vs IS-1 matchups.

(I’m not sure if Pz II can even pen the damn thing. I tried to find weakspot in T-50 and failed.)

Front: Cannon mantle and commander’s cupola

Side: under/in-between tracks side armor and not angled side turret armor

Back: flat part of the back engine and the back of the turret

Can all be penned by a 37mm cannon/AT rifle I’m only certain that it can pen the back part of the turret.

As long as it’s balanced and the germans get a matching counterpart i don’t mind, since we’re already here, might just add the kv-1,2 and the Su- 85 too

I suggest replacing the panzer 2 by a better upgrade asap, it’s the game’s fault that this happen i.e

Late campaign equipment gets paired against early campaign equipment

By all means the T-50 is supposed to only fight Panzer-3 and 4’s.

That’s the point I made.
We have light tanks at the beggining of the campaign. At the same time, devs and some players for some reason want to add more heavy vehicles at later stages. It’s powercreep and it’s bad.

I suggest replacing the panzer 2

And losing more authenticity. A lot of panzer IIs were used early on the eastern front. And I like that moscow has these little tanks. I just wish it stayed that way before basically turning into berlin. Cause by replacing existing tanks because the new ones that are being added are too good will lead to basically starting with a T34.
And it’s not like the T34 is even that authentic to moscow. There really weren’t many made in 1941, so I don’t think it needs to be added an should be held off before problems with matchmaking are figured out.
