I finally after trying numerous times, in total spending roughly 2.5-3 million silver I finally got a Japanese Squad!
Along the way I’ve gotten like 10 others. And with these boxes returning in particular I’ve had my best luck. Spending about 1.25 million I got 5 squads!
Here’s hoping I’ll be fortunate enough to get another but for now I’m happy with these fellas

I managed to get the AT44 Squad and Universal Carrier with 400k silver.

Best thing I got was probably the T-34 100.
Hoping I can get the Universal Carrier after racking up enough silver to burn. I still have 10 squads left from the boxes though, so the chance is slim.

That squad has so many wrong things with it , it is sad just gonna point one thing that is wrong with it ( Im making a topic about Japanese paratrooper)
Well the cap on the soldiers has Star on it . Stars weren’t used by navy but by army and seeing that this is navy the star should be replaced by anchor with parachutes just like the insignia or just be the anchor

Oh really, that I did not know. If they did actually have unique little hats with different insignia, I’d have kept them with that instead of my silly combinations lol.
I wish nothing but the best of luck for you in getting the universal carrier. It’s so handy as an APC, can hide it in all sorts of places.
I think I opened about 350 silver boxes. The result? One .30 caliber Thompson and a pile of junk.
I got 50% boosters (1 battle each ) and some of the usual cards they give
The only thing worthwhile I could get (depending on what) from those crates are ex gold order weapons…

Since I haven’t got any boosters, I haven’t won the 5k silver to be able to get screwed by the mystery box. 
Actually, the silver I have won I have been using buying up the newly downgraded level three Johnson semi auto’s and replacing my M1 Garands. I figured it was a better investment buying and maxing them out then getting pissed at the cereal box trinket I would be winning out of the mystery box. 
The John is great. Well at least I personally love it.
Soldiers reload it like if they found Germany’s Pervitin™ stash, stole it and used it themselves. So fast!
