Since yesterday those 2 icons regularly appear top right corner of the screen

I have a NVMe SSD and 1Gbps connection (both download & upload), but I see those icons from time to time. I live in Europe and I play only on european servers, so I guess in my case, the issue is with their servers. Like the OP, I’d also like to find out what those icons mean

Same situation here, but on NA. Yesterday I had a match in which the whole team was having issues where the 1st icon in the pic was turning red and everyone was saying they were lagging/teleporting and rubber-banding around. So I don’t think it is a user issue, but something to do with the enlisted servers.
So We need give them more hamster for the server

I got a icon seems like dropped frames. But my FPS is 60 (V-SYNC)
Anyone know a way to get those icons gone? Have checked but could not find anything. Game runs fine but the icons keep popping up for me
The “pile” icon is definitely about connection to the server. A big red version of it flashes bottom right in the main menu when my router (fkin darn machine) feels like mid-match is a perfect time to self reboot, I get kicked out of the match and the game tries to reconnect.

Edit: actually i don’t understand the low fps thing. I can be at 80 fps and have the icon then be at 60 fps and not get the icon showing.
No bug fixes too. Playerbase lost by fire threw walls / phosphor / bombing runs over all kamps! 
I hope on the new progressing system.
