I know I was inactive but I wanted to talk about this topic, I play the berlin campaign (one of my favorite campaigns) but something I hate is that map but in its invasion version, why?
Reasons: It doesn’t matter which team you’re on (German or Soviet) if you’re an attacker you predestine the loser, the defender has unlimited advantage he can hide wherever he pleases in any inhospitable and faraway place and the tanks are super fucked they go further into the grasslands so much that by themselves you can do 76 kills by being stiff in those grasslands because they are unkillable. If you want to kill the tank, you have 2 destinations: a sniper who was nearby kills you or the tank sees you and kills you, it doesn’t matter if your team has the most powerful team in the game, it’s enough that the enemy team has a tank to ruin your game.
Solution that I propose: I don’t know if this mode is in custom games, but I propose that it be replaced by a conquest mode, it would be much easier since both could have the same difficulty (in my opinion)
I like it alot. I shared some knowledge with @120062891 like 2 days ago since we queued for a few games and this was one of said maps.
The tip I will give you is to rush the first point like a madman right on the start and forget about spawn beacons.
Keep the momentum till you reach the second point and you gonna get it even befor the enemy team even moved from the first. Then you can play normally.
As for defenders. You can Prety much do a spawn point either on the barn 30 meters away on the right point or on a small house well covered on the left one.
