Weight inaccuracies

Cause I’m working on a movement suggestion related to weight, I’ve found lots of stupid inaccuracies (in Moscow):

All rifles and carbines have weight of 5kg and that’s far from true:
Gewehr 33/40 - 3.45
Vz. 24 - 4.2
Kar98k - 3.92
Gewehr 98 - 4.09
Mosin 91/30 - 4.0
Mosin Dragoon - 3.8
Mosin 1907 - 3.28
Mosin 38 - 3.4

All semis are 5 kg too:
Gewehr 41 - 4.9
ZH-29 - 4.5
SVT-38 - 3.95
SVT-40 - 3.85
AVS-36 - 4.3

Most of SMGs are 4 kg:
PPD - 3.2
PPSh - 3.63
MP38/40 - 3.97
Kiraly 39m - 3.7 (in game it has loaded weight)
MP 35/1 - 4.24
Beretta M38A - 4.2 (also has loaded weight)

MGs (most of MGs are 10 kg):
Madsen - 9.07
DP-27 - 9.12
MG 34 - 12.1

And I think, light pouches should have weight of 300g, heavy - 500g.

And I hadn’t check pistols yet

The Soldiers in game carry a F-ton of kit, no normal human could ever carry into battle.

I am not sure why getting the weights of the small arms right is of relevance?

If you mean MGnner with AT mines - its only 50 kilos
If you mean engineer materials - this is a game mechanic

Yes, system wouldn’t be linear

Our soldier can reload a belt-fed MG with one hand, they are different from us

I hadn’t unlocked belt-fed MGs, but it should be animation using belt and both hands.

One hand reload the other keep the weapon in air

I mean having two rifles, and a side arm, and hand grenades, and a mine, and ammunition…exc…

At best soldiers carried one Weapon, and an hand grenade or two, perhaps an extra belt (or clip) of ammo for the MG in there section as well irl.

Basically nobody carried a side arm, except the MG gunner, or an officer, there was the odd exception to this, but side arms were rare.

And?
I know all of it, but we are playing a game.
