Weapons and vehicles of the Next Update 🫵

Well here with another prediction from what I think we need the most of the next update its mainly focused on BR IV and BR III and BR I since there is big gaps in the tech tree and BR I can get bit more diversity. So lets start with US:

US:

The Vickers K 60 rounds will be easy to implement and will be nice BR IV LMG for the allies while the Johnson can be put in BR III.

US is missing BR III Ground attacker so Beaufighter Mk VIc with 2 × M.C. 500 lb Mk.I bomb will be perfect BR III Ground attacker:

Japan:

Also good LMG for Japan with 50 rounds SIG KE7 will fit in BR IV and provide some needed diversity in late Japanese TT. However will be nice if they give it Japanese Muzzle brake:

And also its about time we get BR V recon weapon Type 96 with a scope its in the game so its about time to get it :

The vehicle is also focused on BR IV its a ground attacker probably the most needed vehicle for Japan B7A2:

And the Kikka can be turned to ground attacker that way Japan have BR III+ ground attackers not like now that Japanese ground attackers end with the worst BR III ground attacker in the game and after this there is nothing.

USSR:

The best option for BR IV fighter is ITP (M-1) USSR dont have a fighter plane in BR IV and for ground attacker IL 10 can be moved to BR IV.

GE:

Since the IAR was moved to BR II now Germany at BR I have only 1 plane with bombs so giving another BR I plane with bombs will make the faction more interesting:

Re.2000 G.A can carry 2x50 kg or 2x100 kg bombs and will be good BR I fighter a nice combination with the Italian focus on BR I.

For Battle pass and Events they are focused on Italy and Australia :

You have nice Italian skin for the Junkers Ju 87 and nice Australian skin for the P-40. And the weapon is Australian LMG McCrudden Mk1 machine gun with 30 rounds and same rate of fire like Type 99.

For the event you can get old Italian and Australian gold order weapons and Wirraway ground attacker and the Italian Ba.65 (K.14) L that are focused on BR I.

I think next update should be focused on the Airforce and LMGs since we are swimming in tanks and SMGs.

And for premium squads there is nice LMG/Recon squads for BR III that have optics but very bad Machineguns:

The US premium have Benét-Mercié Automatic Machine Rifle Model 1909 BR III with 30 rounds and good magnification optic

The Japanese Premium is also BR III focused with modification of the Type 11 with 45 rounds and an optic however the optic is much worse then the US optic but the weapon have more bullets so its a nice trade.

This two LMG squads will provide you with Unique BR III experience that is not possible on this BR with other squads.

I’m so excited if this gets released. The Allies are the only faction without a 50+ round MG sub BR V, and this would help immensely. Plus, it would add a lot of variety and make cosplaying high BR British more fun.

It would be neat as an event weapon. Reason I say this is because we now have the TE-4, which was a real MG used my Japan too that fills this role. However, I wouldn’t be against the variety if it was added to the tech tree.

Type 96 with a scope

It would make for an interesting automatic sniper, like the STG. However, Allies and Soviets don’t have an equivalent, and they will demand one, so I’m not sure how well it could be implemented. Still interesting though.

no offense,
but i much rather see rider type II with all sort of jeeps, armored cars etc.

such as m3/2 armored/scout cars, jeeps, kubelwagens, Schwimmwagens, 222s, 250s, Gazs 67s Ba64s, kurogane cars and generally that sort of vehicles.

long over due in my opinion, for a ww2 game that is.

but if that’s not a possiblity for whatever reason, at least different and TT AAs for germany and ussr.

• Lewis for allied TT ( due to a lack of low br LMGs that aren’t just… you know… different iterations of a bren gun )

• M8 greyhound & AEC armored cars
  considering they lack fast speedy vehicles with an actual weapon at low br against br III + threats

• churchil mk VII / Comet / Latter variants of valentines

• typhoon
  rocket UK airplane that isn’t fat or slow.

since the UK has been left hanging for quite some time.

for germans and italians,

• Stuh 42
  ( considering the allies have a tt sherman 105, kv2 and the short gun japanese thingy )

• mg 08 - mg 34 100
  ( biased reasons… i’ll admit. as they don’t technically quite need it. but eh why not )

• anything related to italian vehicles at this point.
  such as the ab 43 or that funkys tank destroyers that are in wt ( both the tracked and truck versions ).

or even the vehicles in the editor that have been sitting there for ages.

as for japan,
i can get behind the KE7 with extended mags

but the new additions of airplanes pretty much covers it.

EDIT: that machinegun for the brits as well.

but beside that, feels a bit as filler and not really much as a side choice / variety.

Well Japan dont have many options for later war guns so I prefer it in the TT since there is very few equipment that can be added that they actually used and its not some pepper prototype.

Well as it sounds fun on paper raider is really just a meme class they added premiums and there is no much interest towards the premium raider squads so im not sure adding raider II should be priority. Specially if its just 1 more person and a car in squad its gonna be very bad class better real APCs in the TT.

No its a lmg it was not used as a sniper weapon, just because it has a scope it doesn’t mean it’s a sniper. The M9 brazooka has a scope it’s not a sniper, the Solothurn also had a scope historically but it doesn’t mean it’s a sniper

mass produced armored car somewhat similar to the puma ( … kinda ).

it should be there.

and not as a premium.

hell, remove it’s side skirts and call it a day.

a quite neat underrated vehicle that has no business being prem.

it’s a vehicle with more soldiers and specialists compared to riders.

as the name should suggest, it’s an improvement.

you can place rellies more " efficiently " ( without getting motion sickness from every single bump i suppose ), flank with better traverse than the bike and get few additional troops.

or opt for offensive type of light vehicles.

easy to deal with, but also deadly and not so op.

it’s way beyond just being a mere " gimmick " class like you’d believe.

after all, it can be just like the APC with the only exception of needing to play the rally rather than being one. and it really seems people want this idea given how many support riders II get.

Well yes but Japan had different approach to snipers in WW 2 and IJA had some sniper school but mainly in Japan there was no special tanning school for snipers like in China even since they started sniper school only after they fought with China. So in many cases type 96 was used as a sniper weapon but for squad support rather then the crazy idea that they had for the rest of the snipers that had to literally tie them to trees pure bushido style fight till the end. Also the other options for automatic rifle with scopes are only Chinese or prototypes. And if they where from IJN there there was general scope tanning but no sniper tanning or sniper school like in the west.

( personally though, i bought it, and i hate it because i cannot remove the palms. but i guess it’s nice to use in the pacific. now i would like a version for the western front. and no one should be deprived of mass produced vehicles. )

The type 97 is a Japanese scoped lmg already in game, so the standard has already been set that scoped lmgs are lmgs.
