The research on this guns was very wrong they didn’t had semi auto mod instead of this they had increase fire rate mod and researchers thought that it has ways to decrease its rate of fire to semi auto but actually it had a mod to increase its rate of fire and no semi auto mod at all.

For the Type 99 Japanese Army state it as 550 rpm or a practical rate of fire around 250 rpm … where is the logic of your statement which LMG in game uses Partial rate of fire ?
The Type 99 can be fired at 700 RPM and nothing stops you from this since its a game if we apply this logic we should apply it to all weapons. There is big difference how a weapon was operated and how much rate of fire can achieve.
Practical rate of fire factors in how many rounds could reasonably fire in a minute. On enlisted stat cards the game shows the cyclic rate not practical rpm.
Well the cyclic rate of fire is 700 as the video from the museum shows. Nothing stops this people from firing the gun at this rate of fire as you can see on videos. If we do it with Type 99 I expect the ZB to gets its 500 rpm … and Johnson 450 also absolutely forget this double standards lets make full LMG rework then.

Well I don’t know its possible that’s the reason but definitely the weapon was fired in WW 2 as you can see on the video on are of fire of 700 that they calculated and the weapon is possible to fire at rate of fire of 700. How its supposed to be operated no LMG in game is following the logic at what rate of fire the weapon is supposed to be operated. If we do this do you know how many LMGs rate of fire will be reduced? DP 27 will be RIP and Breada 30, Zb ,Johnson and I can go on…
I’m pretty sure he’s saying that yes it could be made to fire at a higher rpm but it wasn’t used like this, so perhaps that’s where reports of a higher rpm came from.
Type 96 and Type 99 dont have same rate of fire.

werent people malding about how bad the br 2 type 2a sucked in the event against the soviets? do you just not want people to have any variety in their lineup?
im not picking the 2a over the 100 in br3, what is even the idea? remove variety for br1, br2, and then inflate br3 with a useless option? hell im taking sig 1920s over the 2a man, this makes no sense.
SAME WITH the uragan, i put it my lineups for variety in my squads, it is NOT better than the pps42 even. how do you rationalize it being over the 43??? is the obrez going to br3 too? its got a 35 round mag and 1000 rof, just like the actual ppsh in br3, so is that equivalent too? come on man.
if the 2a is going to be br3 its gotta have a bayonet or something, i know thats gonna be the only deciding factor in me using the mp 28 or the 100 early now. unless you just dont like seeing the 2a used at all for some reason
