The only advantage those have over the Uragan, is they have a bit more bullets per magazine. The Uragan is better than them in all other aspects (Velocity, similar or better handling, WAY higher rof, similar damage…)
pz3n . He became stronger by only 3 points. Yes, no armor was added. but his new shells and his rate of fire kills any enemy tank instantly. just an annihilation machine. All that remains is to replace the useless armor-piercing bombs with land mines, and this is literally the strongest tank of the 3rd br.
A few tips. they already had the best autowind of the game, now it has become even more powerful. they already had the strongest Fedorov machine gun, it became generally gorgeous. The Fedorov machine gun became the same, plus it received a 4 rating. this is OK, since the mg 42 early and mg 45 are literally the best 4 br machine guns and their Soviet antipode has come to them. It won’t help the soviets, there’s a hotbed of weak players, but individual players will be happy.
BR Changes to Bf 109 F-1 and Bf 109 F-2 (BR II → BR I)
justification:
Bf 109 F-1 has only 1 x 20mm machine canon with 90 rounds and less climb rate then Bf 109 E-7/U2 (nearly 3m/s)
Bf 109 F-1 has only 1 x 15mm machine canon with 200 rounds and less climb rate then Bf 109 E-7/U2 (nearly 3m/s)
the Bf 109 E-7/U2 on BR I has 2 x 20mm machine guns with 120 rounds + 1000 rounds more with 7,92mm
→ the only difference: having minimal better turn rate (0,27sec) and being a little bit faster (18km/h / 11mph) but having on the other side worse armament shouldn’t be a reason to put Bf 109 F-1 and Bf 109 F-2 on BR II
2 suggestions:
put Bf 109 F-1 and Bf 109 F-2 on BR I and Bf 109 E-7/U2 on BR II
or and that’s what I would recommened:
put Bf 109 F-1 and Bf 109 F-2 on BR I and put it in a folder together with Bf 109 E-7/U2
Good enough for me, the shit I used has been affected positively whilst the rest of the negative changes are all on shit that I never bother to use in the first place.
I couldn’t figure out accurate single dropping with the Ju-188, but I can understand the reasoning.
Shame though, I’ll have to figure out where I can relocate this crew
I must just conclude Battle Rating is THE most Bad.

latest BR changes!! wow and al the drama and experts trying to argue over what rating up or down it deserves… pointless and tiresome, especially since its so flawed and doesn’t include several factors that would be meaningful (as in role, year etc).
At the end of day it’s skills from the operator behind the screen, the situational awareness, and luck.
It’s who cmoes on top in most advatageous position (by putting himself there) and who comes upon who first. Kar98 or StG44 only changes matter of engagement, i.e range and surroundings, attack defence etc.

You could make it better and take more aspects in consideration though and would be atleast decent.
but whole idea of having someone put a number that is supposed to reflect because perceived power versus others, and then have the general mass of amateurs give feedback that adjusts that imaginary numbers is flawed at best…
and for me importantly immersion breaking…
Overall I think a lot of the changes are good. Here’s some feedback however:
30 round Thompsons should stick to BR 3. There’s a lot of BR 2 sub machine guns for allies, including 20rd thompson variants which this would obsolete with very minor differences to the other BR 3 thompsons. Please reconsider.
SU-85 → Should be BR 3. It’s pretty much comparable to stug F III. Medium armor casemate TDs should be downtiered.
Luftfaust should be BR 3. It’s a meme gun.
Any chance to consider the PPD-29 downtier to 3 or is it too OP?
