As a player who has been active for at least a year, I have watched this game shift dramatically. Out of all the changes made there is one that really hurts user experience and that is the change that was made to weapon and troop orders. Taking away the ability to use bronze orders for a random weapon drop has truly made the game bland for those who do not have premium accounts as the drop rate for silver orders is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. While I once was able to stock up my army in a matter of days, I am now left shorthanded as my squads are only equipped with the measly karr98k. Another reason this needs to change is it gives the paying players an advantage since they are more frequently awarded silver order, leading to a better weaponry to crush foes. In my opinion I believe this only weakens the appeal for new players who are just trying out the game considering they are going to really have to grind in order to get a couple good weapons.
If you read this, thanks a lot and have a great day.
Sincerely, your best pilot Austin666

To add to this, Taking away the ability to use bronze troop orders for a random troop has left me with an overwhelming number of bronze troop orders. I believe that using the bronze troop orders to level your squad members actually hurts gameplay because it takes away the need to actually perform well, since you can just make them max level in a matter of clicks. Using bronze orders to acquire random troops really helped the Free to Play community and I am sure it did not affect the paying community in anyway.

i think you misunderstand how that works. it simply increases the number of stars, it doesn’t fill any in (i.e. give perks). before you had to use the academy for this w hich was honestly horrific. You still have to earn xp in matches to get perks.

Yeah I literally did a F2P series where I got everything I needed to succeed and win matches and still have ~15 SO’s left. No, you won’t be able to get 3 of every gun in the game, but youll easily be able to outfit your troops with the weapons they need.

I agree on bronzes for random pulls being taken away being shit
Bring it back DF!
Academy being gone is a fantastic change though

I no longer have to throw two of my soldiers into a volcano to upgrade one.
Nor waste silvers buying weapons just to scrap them for parts.
I’m willing to say this is arguably the best change Enlisted has had to date.

I like not having to stockpile hundreds of guns to upgrade 1 rifle I don’t care if I have to grind for silver orders because I can now.

The previous system was more beneficial to premium players this system you just have to be good at the game. you can get on a good day 5 bronze weapon orders 10 bronze trooper orders 2 silver weapon orders, and I think 3 silver trooper orders. Just from being top of the leaderboard or having a top 5 position with Hero of the game and winning.
Upgrading weapons and troops is much easier now compared to the old system since you don’t need to have hundreds of guns to fully upgraded a few ones. The only reason I keep some stocks of certain guns is either a limited one like BP guns or the potential future campaign where I could see my stocks to that campaign just like I did send Mosins, SVTs, DPs and PPSh to Stalingrad from Moscow and Berlin.
i disagree, the old system did allow you to get wepons quickly, but upgrading them was a pain (mostly when you unlocked stuff like launchers mortars and flamethrowers)
