We need to reduce the spread of guns

you could be right. But cant hurt to keep suggesting. I think MGS deserve a unique experience and not just glorified SMGS. It would be a great feature.

better bipods of course will be the key. Even if that worked Id make use of it alot. I spend alot of time in HLL, post scriptum, BF1 and BF V as a machine gunner

Same. I hardly ever play anything else than MGs in games.
But in enlisted MGs are too shit even for me.

i manage to shoot suprisingly distant target like its a bolt rifle. maybe you are moving too much while firing

I am prone and mounted often, on semi auto. With no real recoil and good scope the dispersion is very visible.

The FG42-II SEEMS inaccurate because it’s got VERY high zoom magnification (perhaps the highest?), but with that in mind it isn’t that bad.

Another topic about making Enlisted copies of Call of Duty…
The whole concept of a realistic game is killed by the habit of weak players from games aimed at the client, not the players as passionate about the Second World War.

What’s next? Shakira, a Korean boyband?

Cod 1 and 2 are more realistic than enlisted.

Bright. Any weapon accurate like a laser. Celebrities with ninja skills and soldiers with the agility of Captain America. Realism itself.

Soldiers should be less jumpy, more sluggish. Just because you put a machine gun on your back doesn’t make its weight go away. The weapon cannot be super accurate, especially if it is heavy and has a poor center of gravity. Weapon control. Heavy firearms from World War II are not the same as designs from the late 20th century.

And the balance that every player detached from reality cries about here. A weapon with a 100-round magazine cannot be super accurate when fired from a standing or kneeling position. The machine gun was designed to be fired from a prone position, or a forced position from the hip.

He was talking about original CoD 1 and 2 from two decades ago…

Although there was multiplayer, the emphasis was still on single player campaign atmosphere.

You can’t compare a single player game from 2003 to what is now because we look at these games through different glasses.
I’ve recently been through CoD from 2003 and CoD2 from 2005. And I had other memories of those games.

Then it should be accurate fired when prone and mounted! Mounting currently seems to increase dispersion.

This is a known problem for a long time, that even though you put the weapon on a bipod or lean it against a wall / window, it does not work. It used to work, now it doesn’t.
