communication is very limited during battles, mics are only for freiends. game have a lots of tips and details different than cod or bf like games. terrain and tactics are important espc if you are underdog side. we need a brief time to talk about pre war planning in squad mod, and to start the game like “ready - not ready” option like in custom games
And have a quick match option if we want to skip that.

this game has no tactics or planning it is a wholely waste of time when you have a small play area and movement faster then some dude jacked up on Erythropoietin
It would be cool if there was a clan war mode with a name called regiment warfare. Where the regiments mark a match with another regiment at a time established by the game or the regiments negotiate the schedule (this idea of marks matches still has to be debated, by the enlisted community), and when the day of the match arrives the regiments face each other , if you have a player late, and the match is going on, the player can join the match as long as he is a member of a regiment for 3 days.
This mode would be like a Lone Fighters mode, and could have the option to put bots or not, if the two leaders of the regiments agree, if 1 leader does not agree, there will be no bots in the match.
There could be a system of rank of regiments (clan), the higher the rank, the more awards.
I think it would be closer to tactics than Arcade, I’m still going to plan this idea and post it on the forum, now I have this idea.
I think it would be interesting and cool to see the community create clans on social networks and post their matches, where they would create private matches (so as not to disturb the clan in matches) in costum matches > lone fighters mode > players choose 1 chosen campaign and 1 map anyway and play with at least 13 or more players on each side without bots (so as not to disturb the players’ ticket system in the match), all this has to be planned in the 1 day for the clans to face each other, and then the players mark someday. Meanwhile, the clans plan with formations, Squadrons, choose how many people will take one or more specific tanks and planes into battle, equipment. And the idea of clan battles could maybe be implemented in the game by the developers, maybe for profit.
Developers could add barracks for clan players to gather like in Warframe (another idea that popped into my head).

Needed. Probs not everything you said or we change some details but I think that will be amazing. Maybe combine it with a game mode like Bladestorm (I’m gonna keep saying it…)
Maybe, if we get ‘realistic’ battle mode, that is more slow-paced to what we have now.
But even then, there’d be plenty of randoms.
Adding some sort of planning along the lines of the planning mode in due process could be cool. But I agree with @126602621 that you should be able to skip it. I am concerned it would be hard to implement for console players and that players will just avoid it entirely though.
The timestamp shows the planning mechanics in due process.
Maybe the best implementation would be a buildable war table for engineers or simply expanding the marker system so you can update your entire teams map to coordinate a plan.
